Hello friends!
I hope everyone is having a good week It is evening and I am just getting to post. Today Ben and I spent most the day working on our pantry which was a mess to reorganize it. Trying to not only work on our business ideas but also we have more time to spend with the kids and work on the house, so that is what we are taking the time to do as well. We went live on tiktok while we were doing this as we are always building our online community for this as well. Like I always say in our videos and I mean it here too, we are always authentically and unapologetically ourselves. You get what you get. Which, we find to be a refreshing thing and have been told so as well. We don’t want to pretend we are something we are not. So, here we are! Tonight after getting the kiddos from my mom’s where they were, Andy for the whole day and Gabbi from the time she got home from school, we had dinner. Tonight we kept it simple and had Panara broccoli cheddar soup and corn bread from the store. Tonight was Andy’s night for a bath, so he took one after that and then both kids went to bed. Tonight, Ben and I have been working on our business details. I don’t have anything yet to share, but I created a facebook page just for our actual business name which when we’re ready I will share, and Ben was listing some things mainly books tonight we are selling to declutter our house. HE also was going to work on the logo for our business. We are right now, doing a little of everything to prepare and cross things off our list. For a long time now we have had a lot of things we want to do/get done so are taking the time to do it when and how we can. Being able to dictate our schedule of when we do things is already helping both of us. Keeping our hopes up and continuing to focus on us and our dream and making it come true while working on our home and spending quality time with each other and our kids. We are trying to get back to what is most important. For too long he and I were just existing in jobs where we didn’t feel appreciated but also no longer liked. This hopefully will give us a chance to leap and see if we can make something from our ideas. You never know unless you try like I said yesterday. We have to at least try. If it doesn’t work, then we go back to working for someone else in order to keep taking care of our family. 😊
